- Please allow 3-5 days lead time for delivery of standard items and up to 7 days for non-standard items.
- Please always advise which type of timber you wish to purchase.
- Non stock items / made to order items may only be cancelled / altered on day of ordering.
- Please always advise if the frame is open out rather than the standard open in.
- Please always advise on sidelite & winglite frames, what side the window / fixed lite is on looking from the outside of the house
- Please advise if you do not want a transom.
- Please advise if you want the transom at a different height than our standard 9c from the bottom.
- Non stock orders cannot be returned for credit.
